In this book, after a brief overview of the history of photography as related to the other visual arts, the author talks, through his images, about his journey and the areas of interest he cultivated over the years.
His main research topics are images where emotions prevail (nature, landscapes, mountaineering, sailing), images where figurative research prevails (lights, colours, water, glass), 'meta-images', representing concepts or stories and, finally, researching what the human eye cannot see: extreme focal lengths, long night exposures.
